What if I want same-day or special request delivery?For same day delivery, you can still order from us through this platform before 2pm to ensure you secure the order! However in a situation it is past that timing, do contact us via WhatsApp immediately to check for available slots! Do contact us as well if there is any special request on the delivery, we will try our best to make it work for you!

How many days in advance do I need to place an order?We highly recommend our precious customers to order from us 3 days in advanced for our pre-made packages as this allow us ample time to pack it perfectly for you and to avoid any disappointment in a case where there is no more delivery slots.

How do I place an order?You can place an order for our packages under the ‘Shop’ tab! You may click on the package of your choice and provide us with the information that is required. Subsequently, you may ‘Checkout’ and secure your order by making payment. For more clear instructions do go to our ‘How It Works’ page.

What are the type of payment methods accepted?We accept debit/credit card or paynow at checkout. We do not accept bank transfers or ewallets at the moment.

What time will my package be delivered?*For FREE Express Delivery* It will normally be done anytime between 10am-10pm. *Next Day/Same Day Delivery* Delivery would be done from 12pm-8pm daily.

Can it be delivered at my preferred timing?Yes! Just contact us through the chatbot or WhatsApp, it will be subjected to be availability.

What would happen if the recipient isn’t home?The courier will leave the goods at a front of the gate at a safe place if the recipient is not at home upon delivery. The sender of the goods would also be contacted & informed, and a photo will be sent to prove that the delivery has been completed!

Do you deliver on weekends and/or Public Holidays?Yes, we do deliveries daily! For any occasion, at any location depending on availability.
